Dell windows sp professional,model#

p18l 0x00000016,0x0000001c,0x00000000,,0x80502FAA. i dont have a disc and no factory reset googled has work. What can i do?

I've never heard of "Windows sp"?

Contact Dell and ask them if they can supply recovery discs for your model. There will be a small charge if they can supply them.

Of course, if your problem is caused by hard drive failure you will need to replace that first.
