By the end of this year I want to build my first system. The PC will be used for gaming primarily. I do not have a max. budget but I do not need a ultra high performing rig. My old system is 5 years old and can run many new titles on high with no problems. My goal is a system that can run the newest titles of next year on ultra and easily upgradable in the next years.
This the build I've come up with. Please note that I already upgraded the GPU and SSD early this year. I will upgrade my GPU some time next year.

Questions:
1. How would you rate this build? (price / performance ratio)
2. As you can see I decided to go with 2011-3. I know that 1150 is more than enough for just gaming. But 2011-3 is newer tech - so I though an CPU upgrade would be easier in the next years. Is the higher price worth it (regarding the changes in tech in the next years)?
3. Is the PSU strong enough to power two high end cards and add them to the rig next year?
4. You have recommendations on better parts (+-100EUR)?
Thank you guys!
