Hello,
I am going to be getting the Asus motherboard and i have already purchased some Kingston HyperX Beast 2400Mhz Ram for it. My question is this; will hte Zalman cover more than 2 of the Ram slots? and will placing the ram in the 2 further slots from the cpu socket affect the ram as it is capable of dual channel

The ram won't run beyond 1866mhz.


The cooler`s installation requires an unobstructed space of 151mm(L), 132mm(W), and 155mm(H), with the CPU as a central reference point. Please check if components such as ODD, VGA and PSU protrude into the required space.
If the RAM memory`s height is over 40mm after inserting into the RAM slot, then 1 RAM slot cannot be used due to obstruction.

darn, didnt realise about the ram, might switch out the motherboard then. ty again
