CPU fsb with mobo fsb isn't matching

Hi! I am buying a core 2 duo e8400 CPU which has fsb 1333 MHz and my mobo is intel 945GCM-S2L board at fsb 1066 MHz, so what happens to my machine?
Will the CPU work at its spec speed? or will it downgrade speed or anything weird will happen?
I have question only about fsb issue!
Please help, thank you in advance

You'll need to overclock the mobo FSB though. If i were you, i'd get a 1066 FSB Core 2 Quad.

Enable use of a CoreTM 2 CPU with 1333 MHz FSB through overclocking. You must install the FSB 1333 MHz CoreTM2 CPU with DDR2 533 (or above) memory module(s).

Use of a 1066/800 MHz FSB CPU is required if you wish to install DDR2 667 MHz memory

So if I over clock my mobo, how will effect or damage my machine? And what about RAM?
