I have not received an email with a large PDF attachment even though two separate senders have assured me that it shows as 'sent' and they have had no 'undelivered' notification. The first of the two senders had successfully sent it to the second person (but the copy to me did not arrive). The second person then tried to forward it to me and also failed.
What can I do?
It has not come in to my Junk mail box and other emails from the same senders have arrived OK so it’s nothing to do with my Blocked Sender/ Safe Sender settings.
I use Windows Live Mail on Windows 7 with IE10 as browser.
