My parts:
4690K
ASRock Z97 Extreme 4

after that i connected all wires and etc. turn on PC didn't change anything in BIOS just had little tour :) then as i saw windows logo and bumm blue screen, then again, tried safe mode same there, i start thinking that i made smth wrong with wires but at last i changed SATA mode selection & ASMedia SATA3 mode > AHCI to IDE (because i remember it was set in my last PC) i don't know it's the reason or not but pc has booted

Solution
New motherboard == Fresh install of Windows ... You can not be sure any problem you have in the future is not related to NOT doing a fresh install.

Connect ONE drive only and do an install. I would recommend a custom install, wipe out EVERYTHING on the drive and do the install.

Yes, unplug everything you don't want the install to look at (everything that won't be C: ). That way there is NO confusion about what you are formatting or installing onto. Just pull the power and data plugs from all the disks except the one you want to be C:
