I want to give a shout out to Donkey Oatie for helping me reach this component list. I am a complete beginner when it comes to PC as I've been a console gamer for the last ten years and do not own any PC hardware.

I u do not want to overclock or SLI GPUs and want a cheaper solution that plays AAA games 1080p and 60FPS+. This is the current build and would welcome any suggestions/tweaks on other hardware choices, but I definitely cannot go any more expensive. My budget started around $800 but has creeped up and I can't go any higher. Thank you!

Solution
Get a 600 watt power supply. And also, Optical drives are discontinued (pretty much) everything is digital. So you could remove that from the list. Other then that, Very balanced nice build.
