Looking to upgrade cpu and gpu

I am looking to upgrade both my amd cpu, and graphics card.My max budget for the 2 are 200$. I have to have an amd cpu. No questions, just need one better than 8150. My gtx 750 ti isnt giving me the performance I need for livestreaming and recording, so I need a new gpu.

There really is no *better* cpu for amd after the 8350. There are some which are factory overclocked, the 9370 and 9590, but I don't recommend them, since an 8350 can be overclocked to those speeds most of the time. I would spend the $200 on an r9 280, or r9 285 if you can find one for that price. Also you may get lucky on amazon and find an r9 290 used for $200 right now.

The performance jump going from an 8150 to an 8350 is not that great, and I would highly recommend switching to intel, but if your budget will not allow you to purchase an intel cpu with a new motherboard, the 8350 would be my recommended purchase, since it can be overclocked to 9370/9590 speeds.
