How To Increase Available Ram/Memory & Decrease CPU Usage On My iPod Touch 5g

My memory usage is off the charts ( not really, but it's close!). My iPod Touch 5g has 512 gigabytes of ram with an A5 processor. Without cleaning my free memory is less than 5%. When I do clean it my available memory only boosts up to 30-38%, and on rare occasion (usually after reboots) it goes up to about 50%. Also, to add insult to injury, most of that memory usage is "Other". It overshadows my wired, active, and inactive ram combined. And, that's not to mention my CPU usage which is less than 15% when still, but while walking, for some reason, it hops to about 90%. Same happens while scrolling sideways in multitasking (multitasking is live btw), and while scrolling on the app. It forced me to overclock my CPU which I hoped would help my memory but It didn't; But anyway it made my CPU usage less than 70% while scrolling and movement. And yes, I know, Overclocking my CPU decreases my devices lifespan my up to 7 years, but the iPod Touch 6g should be coming out soon, and plus it's a Cydia tweak, so it can be uninstalled at any time.

Well, if anybody has a plausible solution please tell. And don't try to troll me, I know ram is a physical quantity and can only be increased by physical means.

First of all, you CANNOT have 512 GB of RAM on an iPod. Only rocket science computers can have that much (and even then...).

Second of all, unless you plan on voiding your warranty and (very) possibly breaking your iPod, don't do it. There is no evident way to open up your iPod and they're not like computers where you can pop in a stick of RAM and be done with it.

If you want more free RAM, kill active processes that you're not using.
