Worth it to upgrade to FX 8350 or wait?

I currently have an AMD Phenom II x4 965 BE and I am seeing games coming out with it as a requirement which to me means it's in danger of becoming obsolete. I am considering the FX 8350 but am unsure if I should be getting worried or if I still have time with the Phenom? Also I have been seeing comparisons on the 8320 vs the 8350 and it appears that the cost per performance really doesn't favor the 8350 (although it easily can be oc). Any input would be great.

I would OC it then decide if you want to upgrade. The 965 was a great CPU, and still is.
I also agree that AMD is cheaper, but the upgrade fom a Phenom II to a FX simply isnt that large of an increase.

Maybe I am going into fanboy realm but it may be more classified as cheaper realm ha ha. Don't get me wrong I love intel and appreciate what they do but my true love is amd since they are comparable but quite cheaper (some have stated the electric consumption in price but i'm not looking at that). The 8350 is still AM3+ so that is an option. After your post it looks like ,since we have the same cpu, I need to get to overclocking mine.
