Gam3r01's build is much better and would make you happier, the 9370 CPU you selected calls for a 1,000 Watt PSU, officially the mobo doesn't even support the 9370 (they have added support for the newer 8370 (and if going AMD, would be better w/ the newer 8370), the 9370 is just a OCed 8350/8370 and requires a lot more voltage since the OC is built in
