Hello,
This is my 5th build and its my first time being so lost. Ok so it goes like this: I built this computer for a friend of mine and got it working installed windows and everything and gave it to him. After a few days he asks me to add an extra 4gb of ram (same voltage, clock speed and everything except brand which their different) that he had bought at tiger direct. I install the ram and it doesn't recognize it so I turn the computer off unplug it wait a few minutes switch the sockets of both rams and re-plug and power up. It powers but after 10's or so it shuts down and keeps doing the loop. I know this is due to some issue so i start troubleshooting I switch them again and nothing, I remove the new Ram and nothing the old ram doesn't seem to work anymore, I check the mother board (GA-H97N-WIFI Motherboard) to see if anything is loose and its all good, Try to turn it on without GPU and nothing, remove the cd drive and hard drive still nothing, I reboot the CMO's and still nothing, so after awhile I give up and go back to the tiger direct where he bought the ram and i turn it in for a new one. I go back home install the new ram and whala it turns on so I thought hey the ram got busted so that was the issue. I move the computer safely back to the area where I have my second monitor and try to turn it back on and it goes again to the 10's cycle so i re-do the whole trouble shooting process and it still doesn't work. Help? I'm so lost...

*kept trying to turn it on today and was welcomed by the same issue
