Ive always been a diehard ASRock Fanboy. For the past 4 computer Ive owned they have had ASRock Mobos. Now im uncertain which to get as im making the move to Intel Boards. Should i go for the ASUS Z97-A(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132118&cm_re=z97a-_-13-132-118-_-Product), or ASRock Z97 Extreme3 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157506&cm_re=Z97_Extreme3-_-13-157-506-_-Product). Im uncertain which to choose for my ~100 dollar board budget as im upgrading my previous computer slowly part by part. I plan on using an i5-4690K CPU for this MOBO. Any help would be great!

Asrock used to be a subsidiary of Asus. They made the OEM boards for Asus. Now they have become their own brand. So they have an Asus heritage anyway. I prefer Asus over Asrock generally. Asrock has given me problems over the years, and Asus hasn't. And their MBs seem to be made of thinner substrate, more prone to warping.
