Crossfire power supply question

My question here is can I run a second card with this setup.

My current build is:
Cpu: AMD FX-9370 Vishera 8-Core 4.4GHz
Gpu: GIGABYTE GV-R927XOC-2GD Radeon R9 270X 2GB
HDD: WD BLACK SERIES WD1003FZEX 1TB 64MB Cache
Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ AMD 990FX + SB950
Ram: HyperX Blu 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
Psu: FirePower ModXStream Pro 700W 80Plus Semi-Modular High Performance ATX PC

For a pc with 2 x r9 270x you need a good quality power supply of 700+W.

Good quality power supplies are found in tiers 1, 2a and 2b of http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html

Your power supply is not good quality.

You have a 9370 processor, that thing draws a lot of power

You should upgrade in this order

Memory to 8gigs

decent 850w power supply

2nd GPU or wait until 390x

Meant to say that I have 4 2gb sticks of that mem so i already have 8gb ram.

Yeah you still will need a new power supply to crossfire at least 850w with that processor. The other alternative would be to get a gtx 970 without the power supply upgrade.
