Best upgrade for my PC for gaming

I would like to play latest games Im looking to upgrade myold pc , not buying a new one.
Please help me.I would be gaming at 768p with my monitor.Will be lloking to upgrade my monitor in the future .Budget = 35000 INR

MOTHERBOARD : INTEL DH55TC
PROCESSOR : Intel Core i3 530 (prev gen)
RAM : 2GB DDR3
HDD : 1 TB Seagate
OPTICAL DRIVE : LG DVD DRIVE
PSU : 350 W
CASE : ICE (bought locally in india , looking for a new one)
GPU : nVidia 8400GS (probably the worst)

Would appreciate a new SSD

Please give me the components along with their prices in india

PSU, GPU and RAM is a good upgrade. I too am from India.
