PC Crash, New MB, CPU and DDR3 RAM

Okay so this is my problem : Today I installed a new mainboard (gigabyte ga-m52lt-D3) and new cpu (amd phenom x2 555 black edition) and new ddr3 ram - 2x2 gb. now everything is inside, but one ram is not working. so theres just one ram inside (working). so i turn on pc and i can see bios running, and when theres "Starting Windows" i suddenly see BSOD. help please

hey, we fixed it already, but we still have problem : it's jamming - windows.. it's like frozen sometimes
