My town area is 5KM. What is the best way to make it a wifi zone.
How many routers we may need or what is the best way to make a wifi zone

Area is measured in square kms. Not kms. 5km radius is about 75 sq km.

You will want hi speed routers with large area coverage plus repeaters. Most PC stuff is done for the home. For city wide you'll want specialised equipment or you'll go broke.

You should talk to Internet Service Providers who do this sort of thing eg factory size coverage.
