I am not entirely sure what causes this but I have a suspicious thought, It might be my voltage, I have not changed much in the bios but when I look in CPUID HWMontior it says the voltage for the processor is set to 1.256V. And I read somewhere that it should be set to about 1.04v for standard clock (I have not overclocked anything, It's still 3.3ghz 3.5 turbo mode).
Any help would be appreciated
EDIT: In full load the processor goes up to 90* degrees celsius, I am using the stock heatsink & fan.

Solution
Reset the heatsink and thermal paste. 1.25v is a stock voltage for most 2500k's in full load, voltage goes low as 1.0v when clocks drop on 1.6ghz idle.
