Hi,
So my PC's monitor broke and it's going to take me around 1 week more to get a new one.
But i want to access some files from my PC, i have a laptop. So, i was going to use remote connection but the problem was that "i didn't have password on any of my machines"
And remote doesn't allow blank passwords...

I tried things like disabling "limit blank passwords or something" from registry but it didn't work.

When i click on connect(in remote) my PC's log on screen appears and when i click on "log on" it says "the user name or password is incorrect"

help is needed guys...

Thanks in advance

I have no idea besides borrowing a monitor...

LCD/LED monitors are not effected by magnetics like CRTs were. CRTs used an electromagnet to steer the electron beam. That is why a nearby magnet could...

First of all, thanks for replying...
But borrowing isn't an options.......isn't there any way through which i could access my computer.

Plus one more thing,
earlier i had a crt monitor which stopped working as i had lots of speaker around it(due to the magnetic effect)
I wanted to know are the modern LED/LCD/TFT monitors affected by the magnetic waves, if yes than how much distance should there be between the monitor and the speakers...

Thanks again :)
