Forgot my password on my only user in Windows 7

I have only one user (Let's call it Frank1) in Windows 7, which is password protected. I forgot the password.

I realised I had Windows 10 technical preview installed on another partition, and I currently use it, so PC is currently more-or-less usable for me.

I still need my Windows 7, and data from Frank1 user.
Some of my programs, installed from Windows 7 report missing .dll files. I believe it's because dlls are somewhere in Windows 7. (Even if that isn't the source of the problem, I prefer Windows 7 anyway.)

I thought, if it's a good idea to:
-Add a folder in my Users folder.
-That folder would contain data for another administrator-priviledged user
That way I would add an another user into Windows 7, from Windows 10.
(Let's call that hypothetical user: Carl2)
-I would move the Frank1 data from C:\Users to an another place, from Windows 10
-Add the data (pictures, downloads etc) from Frank1 user in Carl2 user.

Is the solution good? Can I use an user from windows 10, because they are very similiar OSs? If not, can someone make a user in windows 7 (the hypothetical Carl2 user) and send to me somehow?

If it's a bad solution, give an idea please!

P.S. I tried using a password recovery tool, didn't help.
P.P.S Please, do not give ideas with an original Windows 7 DVD, because I lost it.

Why would I ask how to do it, if I stole the computer?
Wouldn't I be traced in a way over the IP address?
Anyway I asked this, because of the specific situation (the Windows 10 on another partition, that might ease the proccess), and because anything else I tried, I have failed.

Go re-read the ToS you agreed to here. In it youll find that not only can we not assist in password issues, we cant ask how to either. There is no way to verify you are the owner. So if you want to keep arguing, by all means do so, but ultimately, youll still get no help here.
