From what i have seen this is the best. http://www.newegg.com/global/ie/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125505 I'm not sure if others will agree but it seems a good price for the r9 290. I need it to be delivered to Ireland so if there is another website that does this for a reasonable price and doesn't scam on delivery please post link.

There is no or a less custom duty on gifted items.
