Little bit of confusion i7?

Solution
OEM = 30 Days warranty and no Heatsink and Fan
RETAIL = 3 years warranty + Heatsink and Fan

OEM's are sometimes initial samples for testing which can mean that have slightly more or less memory, it is impossible to know exactly as there could be multiple samples floating around that all vary a little bit. Sometimes a OEM is a bit better than the Retail but it is a crap shoot that you might get lucky. I use to had a Q6600 OEM test sample that overclocked far higher than and Retail and at the same time the Q9300 OEM I had was worst than any retail you could find.
