PLEASE Help Me Overclock An Intel G3258

So I just bought the Intel G3258 CPU to build a budget PC for web browsing, emailing, youtube, etc.

I purchased this mainly due to rave reviews and it's overclocking abilities, while on a budget.

1) Could someone please suggest a budget motherboard to safely and easily overclock this CPU?

2) What are the apps/tools needed to overclock? CPU-Z, Prime95, etc? How to do stress test and ensure that it runs stable before I set it and forget it?

Sorry, I am completely new to this and will be my first attempt at overclocking.

You can get boards for $35-75 refurbished or used as well. Especially if you have a microcenter, you even have extended warranty options.

Cooler, you can use stock... But once you go over 4.3-4.5Ghz you start to need aftermarket or water.

For the ram, you have to manually set the ram.
If you XMP it to run over 1333Mhz, it may fail most of the time. so enter 1600 1866 2133 2400 yourself.
