I already have one 1 gb EVGA GTX 650 with in my computer and I'm thinking about getting another one (I know they don't SLI), but my question is would I see any performance increase at all?

Solution
Personally I don't think buying another card for 5 FPS in one game is worth it, better to sell the current one and add the money to the amount had and buy a more powerful card or cards.

Probably not actually, I have tried it with Borderlands 2 and GTX660Ti's and there is no performance increase at all if one of the cards is dedicated to PhysX. The only performance increase comes when SLi is enabled and PhysX is set to "Auto".

For Merto LL I have seen an increase of 5 (Thats a decent amount when you are in the 30s) or so FPS when running a dedicated PhysX card with another Nvidia card.

Next time could you elaborate on why rather than just saying no?

But, the games I play are kinda rely on processor power and the ones that don't play with over 60 fps, so I'm going with you and just gonna save up and upgrade to like a r9 270x/r9 280
