Is this build good and how can I improve it by keeping it under $550?

I have this build I was looking at and I am really new to building PC's as previously coming from only Console gaming and looking to expand my horizon. So could you give me some ways to improve this build maybe in the power supply or the video card, thanks! http://pcpartpicker.com/p/BhZMFT

this is a lot of rebates up front but it's a hell of a system for $550 total

it's more power supply than needed but for the price it's worth it. i also changed it from mini-itx build if that's ok. parts are more expensive when made smaller so to save some, made it normal atx build. plenty of other options but this one is solid for the money
