Now this may not be an ultra cheap build, but I can guarantee that it will play any game out there @1080p (not all ultra settings). You could go cheaper with the build the guy above me mentioned, however that CPU is really outdated and if you wanted to upgrade to an i7 or something you would then have to swap out your motherboard, CPU, and possibly RAM.

IDK .. i think R7 240 OR AMD 6670 will give u 60FPS for CS:GO .. and I3 2120 or Core 2 Quad will be fine .. and 3 gb ram or 2 and H61 will Compatible
