Hello everyone, I'm using VPN in windows to bypass website restrictions in the area I living in, but the VPN bandwidth is lower than my total internet speed, so I don't want to let torrent goes through VPN, while others like browsers goes though VPN, is that possible in windows? Thank you.

Thank you, I already tried this, but I want to know is there any method to archive this without VM or 2nd computer, just in the same OS?

It is not an OS problem, but application problem.

At OS level, VPN is nothing more than additional Ethernet interface, with its own IP configuration. WHen you install VPN, you are overriding default gateway at OS level, so if a program does not have an option which Ethernet interface to use, it will use OS configuration, thus going thru VPN.

Thanks, so how can I let a program to use specific Ethernet interface?

I have seen very few programs with such a setting (mostly, server type of programs). Start looking around for torrent client which has such a setting (sorry, cannot help here), it seems that the primary out-of-VPN application you're interested in.
