Hello everyone, so ive got my Crossair spec 2 case, Now I am looking to buy motherboard, up to 150eu. Want to keep as low$$$ As possible, I am currently looking at the GIGABYTE 1150 Z97X-GAMING 5, probably not the best, I want to put intel i5 4690K or without K. And probably GTX760 SuperClocked 2gb. I am not rly into MSI, ive heard they are bad.
Thank you for advice.

Hmm, interesting, I've only done two builds on this board - the first had some minor issues that were easily rectified stability wise with DRAM adjustments and the last was just a week ago, (they released a BIOS upgrade at the end of November) and that went flawless and with higher end DRAM (16GB of 2666)...The latest BIOS upgrade speaks of Stability improvement and know they did fix the earlier DRAM settings issue. What does the Hero run in your area, I built mine at the initial realease and no issues at all, I've been using it for work and as a test bed for other components

DRAM is a combination of high freq and low CL to get the best performance with freq playing in a little heavier as it can compensate for for tighter CLs often seen in lower freq DRAM using your 1600/8 as an example you will see a gain performance wise by going up to 1866/9 and another gain by going to 2133/10 then more to 2400/11 so with any of the freqs mentioned and with an even lower CL than stated, you'll see a bigger increase performance wise, henc e the 2400/10 Trident suggestion...could go even higher, but price wise, 2400 is a sweet spot for the Tridents, which among the strongest/highest performance DRAM out there

Brilliant. So what we got motherboard cpu cooler cpu dram so we left with Hard drive SSD, Graphic card and Power supply. I am still thinking about the Graphic card should i Get 4gb or i am enuf withgigabyte 2gb 256mb overclocked gtx 760. The main question power supply, ive been waching a lot of videos even its water cooled and all it only takes about 400W on measurments... mhm
