Games run slow even on lowest setting, can anyone help out?

PC is only 2 month old and when playing games i always have to play on lowest settings and even then it runs relativity slow.

PC:
Processor - AMD A-10 Quad Core (3.8GHz)
Motherboard - ASUS A88XM-PLUS
Memory (RAM) - 8GB KINGSTON HYPER_X FURY DUAL_DDR3 1600MHz
Graphics Card - 1gb AMD RADEON R5 230

Windows Experience Index Scores:
Processor - 7.3
Memory (RAM) - 7.3
Graphics - 4.5
Gaming Graphics - 6.1
Primary Hard Disk - 5.9

Any information as to why the games are running slow? Are the components not adequate enough? If so, What components are letting the team down? Thanks

you're right your components suck,that GPU is just disgusting,it's..just so damn terrible that God himself disgraced one which designed that very card for all of eternity! That card is so miserably weak that it can engulf entire PC in sloth,FOREVER.

Cheers guys, i am getting an xbox one soon so not really interested in gaming on the pc, just wanted to know why it was acting so retarded but now i have an understanding from you both. Thanks for your suggestions (Y)

im in very poor country, got i3-2100 and GTX-750 Ti stock OCed.. terrible.. seriously not suitable for modern gaming, locked dual core's belong offices bro.
