Hi there,
I have a desktop running Windows 7 and a laptop running Windows 8, I am also in a homegroup. Now I want to be able to share my hard drive on both computers with each other but not allow anyone else to view it. I would also like to allow read and write access for both computers too.
How can i do this?
I don't want to give any computer in the Homegroup access to my files just. Is it possible to have you enter a password to view the files? I want both my computers being able to see everything on my computers but not anyone else in the homegroup

Solution
I believe that in order to join a homegroup, you need to enter a password that only the admin knows, so people would be able to see you have made a homegroup, but wouldn't be able to see anything in it.
