I have Gigabyte gtx 650 ti boost 1gb and I overclocked it a couple of days ago with MSI afterburner increasing the core clock by 80mhz and the memory clock by 250mhz. I ran the unigine heaven benchmark 3 times and only on one occasion the screen turned black for several seconds before resuming with the test. I left it on those speeds and had no problem with actual gameplay during this days till the same black screen appeared in bf3 multiplayer.

So, how can you know the oc limits, without changing the voltage? I thought if it's an unstable oc it'll always be unstable not once in a week.

Not being familiar with the 650 ti, Tradesman, is it really possible that the OC would be to high? seems like a pretty low OC to me, that's a genuine question btw. I do agree that the voltage is probably a tiny bit too low though if you're having problems.

Also Falcon, unstable doesn't mean always unstable. I had a OC on my last cards that was perfectly stable in everything except for BF4, I could barley milk out anything and run that game. Also had a 290x that went bad, I could still run most games for a little while before it would crash out, and some games I could run as long as I wanted. What's stable in one program isn't always stable in the next, same with the CPU.
