After firmware upgrade, Linksys E4200 will not accept new port forwarding rules

Howdy! I have a Linksys E4200 router and a while ago it upgraded its firmware to version 2.1.41.162351 (which also made it "Smart Wifi"). I do a lot of tech stuff and require some things to be port forwarded for whatever reason. As such, I have roughly 20 rules on single port forwarding and maybe around 6 on the range. Today I needed to port forward my Plex server to access it at a remote location. I logged into the web interface and typed in the rule. However, upon clicking apply, I am faced with the following message: "The rules cannot be created because multiple rules were specified for a single port/protocol combination." I think that it means there are multiple rules for the same port. I do see one example of that: my cPanel server port is both on the single port and range. I did try to remove them, but upon clicking apply, the same message occurs; causing an infinite loop of not being able to fix what I think is the cause of my problem . Yes, I did try to turn it off and turn it back on again. Linksys is closed on Sunday, to my knowledge, and I really want to get this done tonight. If you need more info, I am happy to give it! Also, a factory reset is not really preferred, because it would require all my settings to be put back, which is very time consuming and it is getting late.

Thanks in advance!

Ah, I was really hoping it was a common issue that nobody posts. As for the BIOS, I did not know this. What exactly are you supposed to reset, the computer (thought that was obvious)?

Now, will resetting it request a new IP from my ISP? No, right? I do some DNS things and I need to know if I need to prepare to change all the addresses and stuff. It is also worth noting that I used to have a static IP, until the other day, when my ISP fudged everything up. So I really don't trust them at this point. I am happy to take screenshots of all my settings and fix it late tonight, when nobody is on.
