Realtek Audio driver update wont install

I updated my Realtek HD audio driver off the asus website and after it uninstalled my old driver, it restart my computer. Now my comps been stuck at "Working on features 100% Complete" with the spinning loading icon for the past hour.. what should I do?

Insert Windows installation disc, mash F12 select the drive (installation media) . click next > click on "repair your computer" left hand corner of the screen. Troubleshoot > Advanced options > System restore.
