I built a computer a couple of years ago for one of my classes. I turned it on the other day and it was starting up fine... I came back in the room and saw that it was off. I tried turning it back on but the computer would just shut off immediately after turning on. I finally determined that when the video card is plugged in, it will not turn on. I don't think it is an underrated power supply because it has worked for the last couple of years. I did a PS check and all the pins had the right voltages. Any ideas?
