I am planning to buy 100M of fiber connection to my ISP.

My design was to get some data plans from the ISP and instead of an Internet Cafe in a small building, i would like to provide it over a wide area network.

i plan to have not more than 500 customers where i will install or configure their devices to access movies, internet and so forth with a dedicated bandwidth of 2M.

I need some advice and what data plan (eg 100G) and what devices/servers i should have to manage this network.

Solution
1) If this is a residential connection, your ISP will go nuts at you and cut you off for breach of contract.

2) If you're letting them access it at home, I would expect each customer to use at least 5GB a month. Probably more like 15GB, though it depends on how good your coverage is and what you're firewalling off. If you're allowing streaming (e.g. youtube) without any overage charges, expect 20-40GB depending on your clients. You'll need terabytes of bandwidth if you have any serious market penetration.

3) Putting together a WiFi network that can handle that many devices is not an easy task.
