I want to know if this build is good enough for medium settings at 1080p for all games pretty much or 720p. ON THE SIDE NOTE- is this good for medium settings on DayZ SA, Mod,
Arma 2/3. If you have and suggestions or feedback please let me know thank you..

That's not a bad build at all. I would want something a little more than a 750ti though. You will not be happy with that thing in a year from now.

Here is a build I put together that runs about $60 more than yours, but has a 280x.

I went with a z97 board for only $12 more than the board you listed in your post. This way, you can buy a "K" series CPU in the future when you want to upgrade, and overclock without having to buy a new motherboard.

I also found this great deal on Ripjaw x ram at 2133 speeds. That i3 still seems to do pretty well in current titles as far as gaming goes.

The performance difference between the 750ti and the 280x is going to be significant. I think it will make you not have to upgrade for at least an extra year or more, especially with the games you listed.

But if it were me making this decision, I think I would choose the i3 with the z97 board because of the very large upgrade options. It is worth the $20 more than the AMD build to have that nice of an upgrade path. I mean, you could put an i7 4790k on that board and be right around the very top of CPU performance....with many many options in between the i7 4790k and the i3 4150.

it says there is a problem with the ram though..

There is no issue, read what it says. It is saying that the Ram requires 1.6V to run at 2133MHz, but the Haswell refresh CPU can only go up to 1.5V's. So the ram will run at 1.5V's, therefore not reaching the 2133MHz. It will probably be something around 2000MHz, which is still very high. The standard that most people use is 1600MHz. 2133 is actually very high. It is just an amazing sale going on right now. And ram speed has very little effect on gaming performance.

So to sum it all up...the build will be just fine. And the motherboard will support the new CPU's that Intel will release next year, and will most likely be able to allow the ram to reach its full potential. So by having that ram, you are actually helping to "future proof" your rig.
