i have ECS G21T-M ddr2 Mobo ... it have a 2 slot ram and i thinking of upgrading my ram to 8gb

can i upgrade it to 8gb ram ... and any suggestion on what ram will i buy

No, max it takes is 4GB. For 4GB you will have to go with two 2GB modules. Compatible Memory speeds: PC2-5300/6400 DDR2 SDRAM DIMMs.
