Silverstone Strider Gold 650W - good enough for this setup?

JonnyGuru gives it an 8.4 very good psu. That being said, a 750 Strider Gold would be a better match for xfire.

Don't have XFX or EVGA where I am. I might go for Seasonic X-750 (tier 1 in the list).
I presume I should stick to gold and not go down to bronze? The reason I ask is because there's a HUGE price difference between the Seasonic M12 II 750 and X-750.

The Gold also generates less heat and noise as the fan does not come on as much. It will take quite a while to get the extra $$ paid for a gold in electric bill savings though
