COD Advanced Warfare not installing on Secondary Hard Drive

Steam is not allowing me to install COD Advanced Warfare on my secondary drive. My primary drive doesn't have much space, so i install all my games on the secondary drive. I am able to install all other games on the secondary drive, except for this

Fixed issue. Tried installing it from the android application. Then stopped the download. Deleted local copy. When i went to install it, it allowed me to choose my secondary Dive
