I need help calibrating my BenQ RL2455hm for pc.
I have been looking at pretty much every forum I can find and I have tried at least 3 common settings. At this point I'm desperate. I'm considering actually selling the screen and just getting one that has accurate settings out of the box.
It's currently on RTS 1 mode with lower brightness (75) and contrast (50) and slightly modified colours (93 RBG all of them). Sharpness 5. Black equalizer 10 and AmA on high. Still when I play certain games it looks like something is off. I'm currently playing Battlefield 4, Dragon Age Inquisition and Far Cry 4 (So bright!). Switching between them makes me have to mess around in the settings everytime. I want a mode that is good and accurate for any game. I want to see what the creators of the game wanted us to see. Don't get me wrong. This monitor is a massive upgrade for me. And I was aware the settings would need tweaking. I just expected to have found the best ones by now.

Is there anyone out there who can help me with specific settings for this monitor?

I understand that but, to me, it sounds like the only solution is to set up one of your own default settings. Everyone's different and somebody's preferences might differ to yours. I'd recommend setting up a completely new setting which you can use for every game and going with that. However, you're always going to have to tweak it a little bit, a perfect example is Far Cry 4 being too bright. I'm fairly certain that would be the case anyway, whether you used your own default or one of the preset options from the monitor. I can't recommend settings as I haven't ever used this monitor, my apologies!

Surely "RTS 1" is a setting for Real Time Strategy games? Unless it stands for some sort of video acronym, that's what I'd assume. So if you're playing games like the above then you'll want to use a different setting. I think the whole idea is to have the screen to optimise it for different games, meaning you should change it every time for different games.

If not there'll be an option to make your own setting, so put together a "default" mode or something to settings you like just for general viewing purposes and have that setting on all the time. I'm not aware of the specifics of the monitor but in this case that's what I would do.

Yeah RTS1 is designed for Starcraft 2. It seems to offer the best settings colour wise after some tweaking though. I guess what I'm hoping for is somebody with my specific monitor telling me what settings they use. Honestly I don't want to be switching settings for every damn game.

Thanks I'll just make do. The settings I have at the moment are bearable. I'll just adjust brightness if necessary.
