best way to clean dust?

I hate it when i open up my computer after weeks not cleened inside. I've used the vaccuum cleaner always to clean the dust inside (without a problem xd), but now I've read that a vaccuum cleaner can have electric static while you are cleaning.
Is there a faster way to clean dust from the computer?

I bought this a while back, so far it has been very useful in everything. Now I don't have to keep buying cans over and over again. The air flow is pretty strong, strong enough to push your skin, but it is loud. But who cares if it is loud if you're doing cleaning, it's not like you'll be doing it at night :)
