Hey all,
I need a newer version of OpenGL to run some software on my new machine. So I'm trying to install Catalyst but when it gets 1/2 way through the install I get the BSOD and it never installs.
I formatted the system 4 times with 3 different Catalyst drivers I found on the AMD site but all are doing the same thing. I tried Windows Update but it says everything is up to date. What can I do?

System:
CPU; AMD FX 4200
Mobo: Asus M5A78L-M/USB3
Ram: KINGSTON 8GB 1866MHZ DDR3 DIMM HYPERX FURY RD
Windows 8.1

The BSOD error code said it may be caused by the HDMI audio, so I unchecked the install of that, and still the same issue. I also changed cables from HDMI to VGA, still the same thing. The ASUS site does not have any video drivers for 8.1

Thanks!

AMD catalyst 14.11.2 drivers. It came back at 32 bit install only, not 64bit. I also tried every single Catalyst install I could find, all with the same issue.
