Netgear 32 router needs to be rebooted almost daily to establish internet connection. Why?

The internet connection is lost on both wireless devices and the desktop computer until the router is rebooted (powered down and up). I have reset the router to factory settings and do not see a difference. Any suggestions?

Solution
Check for updated firmware. If that does not help, te router is likely going bad unless there is a device on it that is causing an issue. Some bad cables or network cards can cause the whole network to have issues. Test with one of our devices off for a day, see if the router is stable. Do that for every one. If they all don't help, I'd say it's time to relace the router.

You probably were trying to have a static ip I have had the same problem and the internet goes at the same time every day. I have had this problem ever since I had a static ip. What you want to do is go to the internet settings and change to a dynamic ip. Your ip will change every day and so will your DNS this will work unless you are running a server for games and such. If you want to keep your static ip I read online that turning off the DHCP will work for this problem but I did that yesterday and now I cant even connect to my router, even while connecting it directly with different cables.
