I wan't to play games like Arma
Atleast on medium settings

-CPU

Arma 3
Far cry 3 maybe 4 if it can run it

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I don't think it takes that much to play Arma... any new GPU as good as the 750ti or better should be fine, same for the CPU and 8 gigs should be enough RAM. If I'm right then that's plenty of power, however I don't play Arma so I can't say that for sure.

It would probably play ARMA and FarCry 3/4 on Medium-High settings at 30~40 FPS.
