My pc won't boot properly. Initially only the front panel light, psu, and hdd would power up, and nothing else on the the motherboard started up (fans, gpu, and cpu) until I turned the switch on the back off and on. The next time I attempted to boot it, again only the front panel light, psu, and hdd started up, with nothing else on the motherboard starting up. This time I actually had to disconnect the psu from the motherboard and reconnect it in order for it to boot properly. Once it boots it runs fine. Is the motherboard bad or the psu? I would swap out parts with another pc to troubleshoot but unfortunately I don't have one.
