WD Passport Ultra 2 TB not recognized anymore by my Mac

What could I do for that? I use it since 3-4 months and since 3 days my Mac does not recognize the device anymore. Cable is OK, the device get connected, but not vizualized. It was disconnected by error twice .... no properly ejected I mean. Any idea, please?

I'm very sorry to hear you have such unpleasant issues with the WD My Passport. :(
Have you tried repairing the drive using the Disk Utility on your Mac? Is it recognized there?
If you have another USB cable lying around, I'd try to plug the WD Passport with it.
If even the disk utility is failing to repair the drive, I'd strongly recommend contacting our tech support.
Your HDD should still be under warranty, you might as well RMA it and get a replacement.
