Alright, so my company and I are in the process of a huge project. It will take about 5 years to build with over 100 people working on the game. I want to explore some good game engines that we could use. What game engines are best in terms of graphics, quality, etc.

Price is not a problem.

Thanks

Edit: One that doesn't take a revenue cut would be great, too.

That's why I said I wasn't sure if they take a revenue cut. It is owned by them, but I believe you can get older revisions for a fair price, and Frostbite 2 still looks wonderful IMO. I'm absolutely guessing here, obviously, though it was clear in the first place :p
UE and CryEngine fit more the OP's requirements than Frostbite, of course. Those, or an heavily modified Source engine.

About Physx, I know it's not going to die, and I don't hate Nvidia for creating their proprietary version of it. I hate the developers which have to cram it down your throat to make a game look good. Let me have the choice to reduce it to a minimum, if you're really desperately needing to use it...
I'd make a couple examples, but I'd be going more...

The game is classified, but the problem with URE is they take a 5% profit cut...

Frostbite? Not sure if they take a revenue cut, nor if it's easy to code with. What I know is that it doesn't bet all its cash over Physx, making the game relatively a pain for AMD users, depending on whether the devs force it on or allow it to be off.
Performance is averagely good on both AMD and Nvidia systems, so you'd target both markets too...

Plus I hope for Physx to die and burn alone in a small corner :p

i thought Frostbite was own by EA. which means your game studio needs to be under EA to use the engine. also PhysX will not going to die lol. it has been licensed by many game engine and pro application. the gpu physx thing might be exclusive to nvidia card but as a Physic Engine they were doing just fine to the point become good alternative to Havok.

I'd make a couple examples, but I'd be going more off-topic than I already did, so I'll stop here.
