Hi, I'm trying to overclock my Intel Core i5 4690k. I can change the core multipliers but where do I change it so the CPU gets more voltage? I'm using Intel's extreme overclocking tool. So far, I managed to get it to 4.2 GHz without changing voltage. How do I get more voltage for the CPU? Thanks.

Familiarize yourself with the bios before making changes. Also locate the clr cmos jumper on your MB for changes that result in nonbooting system.

Overclocking from a program is usually something you want to shy away from. Overclocking from the bios is the better method and you get to control more of whats going on with settings. Also i believe with the msi gaming board has a OC genie? Go through your manual and check that out.
