Gaming Computer Parts compatible?

Hi, so I am building a gaming computer and I just want to know if all these parts are compatible and can fit? Thanks.

gtx 970 4gb
asus- rampage IV gene
intel i-7 4.0ghz
corsair- cx 750 watt power supply
corsair- vengance 16 gb ram
acer series 23 led hd monitor
insignia 120mm case fan X2
asus express wifi adapter
lg supermulti internal drive
asus xonar pci express gaming audio card
enernax coenus mid tower atx gunmetal grey

I would rethink all of your build but the video card.
2011 motherboard with very bad reviews.
You did not list the processor just i7 so not a clue if that will work but most of them that will work with that motherboard don't have a CPU cooler.
Really all the memory for gaming you need is 8GB.
Power line adapters work better than WIFI cards.
Audio card well maybe but not really needed.
Very low quality case to put all those parts in.
The CX series power supplies are not something I would even consider buying their low quality money makers for Corsair.
