Okay so I will try to make this simple as possible. I had already my Gaming Rig done about a year ago.(Check Specs at the bottom). My rig was perfect and no problems at all (until now ) My cousin doesn't know much about computers but asked my opinion on which parts to buy so I could build it for him. I build his PC (which motherboard came faulty so everything went in vain). I decided to take out my PC to do some dust cleaning and just check everything. Soon after i clean everything and try to boot my PC Windows froze.

PROBLEM : My Windows 8 froze, tried booting several times. Tried the refresh, trouble shoot, and pretty much everything i could think of.

So i Uninstalled the GTX 660 and connected the VGA to motherboard and EVERYTHING booted up normally. Like if nothing happened! I re-install the GTX 660 and reconnect the VGA to the card and BAM problems again. Problem here is that TODAY arrived my GIGABYTE WindForce GTX 980. I installed normally (thinking that my EVGA GTX 660 was damaged) and BOOM same problem occurs. I'm thinking that it could be the Motherboard. But when i boot into Bios it never freezes.

Please if someone could give me some insight on my problem...

What I also did is Erased Windows 8 from the SSD. And did a CLEAN installation of Windows 8.1.

This is how it went down(WITH GTX 660 connected and VGA connected to it.
-Inserted Windows 8.1 disk into drive bay
-Erased the SSD and did a Clean installation
-Booted into WIndows normally
-After a few a minutes it freezes.
- Restart PC
- Same black screen
